Sponge-Jet® - Feed Unit™

Designed to offer maximum range of capabilities and features to accommodate every application. From standard, value-based units to feature rich, high-performance systems to units designed specifically for use in extreme environments.

Sponge-Jet Recycler™

Are used to separate dust, broken down paint and other materials from reusable Sponge Media™ abrasives as part of the recycling process. They are designed to offer the maximum range of capabilities, size and flexibility of power source. Larger units have higher throughput capacity and remove a greater percentage of fine contaminants than smaller units.

Sponge Media™

Sponge-Jet has engineered a line of composite abrasives, incorporating the best abrasives or micro-abrasive particles within high-performance synthetic sponge. The diverse range of recyclable composites provide superior results for aggressive profiling and abrading or delicate cleaning on highly sensitive substrates. The synthetic sponge captures up to 95% of the contaminants, reducing fugitive emissions through its MicroContainment™ feature.
